What if a merchant is no longer in business?
We maintain our Gift Card Mall, including 125+ merchant partners and we promptly remove a retailer if it becomes clear that its financial condition harms its gift-card program and thus our valued customers. Please contact Customer Service if you have questions or input about our merchant partners. Card Exchange: Effective September 1, 2008, should any merchant partner rescind its outstanding gift cards within three months of redemption at our Gift Card Mall, we will gladly exchange that gift card for another merchant partner, provided that the balance of the gift card has not been tendered since we mailed it. To exchange a gift card under these circumstances, we will request that you ,ail the gift card to our office, noting your preferred new gift card. We will verify card activity and send a replacement, typically within three business days. To start the process, contact Customer Service and submit an email. We will then provide you with necessary mailing instructions.
