What if a loan modification client decides to do a short sale?
If you refer a client to us and if they later decide to do a short sale, we will contact you to list their home. Once you procure an offer, we will perform all the negotiations between the homeowner and the Lender(s) concerning price and terms of the sale. We will take only a small percentage of what your (listing agent) commission is if the short sale is consummated.
