What if a Fellow cannot present during his assigned presentation time? May he change his time?

0

The Fellows receive their presentation schedules months before they give their presentations, giving them plenty of time to plan for these important dates. However, if a Fellow cannot present on the date he is scheduled due to a university-excused absence, or, in the Fall only, due to studying abroad (a student may not participate in Fellows if he/she is studying abroad in the Spring semester), his advisor will need to present for him. The Fellow may not change presentation dates.
