What if a district needs to change their deployment or training dates?

In order to complete CCTA within the federally mandated funding guidelines, CCTA must be fully operational in all 57 districts outside of New York City by June 30, 2011 and all outstanding application requirements resolved by July 31, 2011. OCFS has balanced district deployment requests with overall schedule requirements and available resources. As a result, it will be extremely difficult to reschedule either of the dates. At a minimum, it would require two districts, similarly sized and regionally located, to agree to switch. Depending upon the availability of project resources, it may or may not be possible.
