What if a client hasnt received their posters?
If a client calls and informs you that they have not received their compliance posters yet, first verify the following: The client is set up with the compliance package feature. The clients payroll has started. Its been at least two weeks since the clients payroll has started. The address we have for the client is accurate. Check to see if a recent poster notice change has occurred at the federal and/or state level that may have put the clients poster delivery on-hold (see http://www.allcinfo.com/ and click on Listing of Recent State Posting Changes ). If upon checking the report indicated either the federal or the clients specific state is changed within the last 60 days , inform the client that we may be awaiting the respective legislature to finalize the change and will send out an update poster when this info is available. This usually takes 30-60 days. Note, when the poster is on-hold, the client will not be held liable for not displaying an updated set of notices. If all of the a
