What if a breach of the Promise Code of Ethics Occurs?
If LCTS receives a complaint about your business products, practices or services, an investigation will be done to try and determine the situation and what it will take to make everyone satisfied. If during the investigation it has been determined that there has been a breach of the Promise Code of Ethics, you will immediately be notified so you can either make immediate changes or corrections to whatever is causing the breach. In order to determine if a breach has been made, two randomly selected members will be selected and informed of the situation by email and that email forwarded to the business or person the complaint has been filed against. The two randomly selected members and LCTS will decide if a breach has occurred. The business or individual being investigated will not have the business name or individual’s name revealed to the randomly selected members or any one else. Only LCTS and the customer or client will have that information revealed by LCTS. However, if it has been
