What if a better space opens up after I’ve assigned our group to a room?
If a more desirable space opens up after you have assigned your group to a room you will be able to change your assignment, as long as you have assignments remaining. (link to assignments remaining question of FAQ) Groups automatically dissolve after they are assigned. If you are trying to assign the group to a different room or apartment, you will need to first reform the group.
