What if a basic dispute arises with the Biller?
A wrong credit being given to the Biller is a remote possibility as the payments are made only after your authorization. However, in case of a dispute, you may contact the help desk at ibrm@axisbank.com. Bill Pay facility will assist you by giving the Bill details as they appear on the electronic Bill copy sent to us by your Biller and also the payment details. The details of the Bill are also available to you in the archive section.
