This could be considered sexual grooming of a minor depending on what is said IE if they ask about say a STD and you provided factual advice to get it checked you your pretty safe, however if your talking about sex with her or being sexual in your comments then you could be arrested for sexual grooming….and end up being put on the sex offenders register for life, not something you want when applying for jobs..to say your a registered sex offender
