What if 5 or 6 courses have the same description? Is there an easy way to determine which is which?
No. You should set up your courses with meaningful names and descriptions. There are other ways to look at your courses and identifiers (i.e. Short Name). This is one of the only fields that can be altered at the school level. Short Name shows up in a ton of different reports. Description is mandatory and cannot be altered. You can also use Other Description.
