What identification is needed to obtain a birth certificate?
Birth certificates can be obtained in-person between 9:00am and 2:00pm Monday – Friday, except holidays when Village Hall is closed. Acceptable Identification for in-person requests: 1. Driver’s license 2. Non-driver’s license 3. Passport 4. Naturalization papers 5. Military ID 6. Employer’s Photo ID 7. Two different utility bills (e.g., water and electricity) showing applicant’s name and address 8.
