For both bus and rail passes you will need to complete the relevant application form and provide proof of age, such as a passport, driving licence or birth certificate (and marriage certificate for married women). Plus proof of residency, such as a bank statement, utilities bill or driving licence. In addition, for a bus pass we will need two passport sized photographs to enable us to produce a pass.
