I have only had my lip and tragus done, but the tragus hurt the least. I have heard that the aftercare of tongue piercings is often quite sore so I would say that would be the most painful, but then I haven’t had it done so don’t take my word for it! If you want them all pierced, I would suggest getting them all done at some point. As long as you like them, that’s all that matters.
