Everything referenced in the High Temperature Electronics page is available today. In the United States, our HTMOS™ products are available for immediate purchase through our internet commerce store. Outside the United States our HTMOS™ products are available for immediate purchase through your local sales representative. Our current Product range goes from a Quad Op Amp (HT1104) to a 256K Bit SRAM (HT6256).
