What household molds are toxic?
There are thousands of molds that are “Black”. Stachybotrys is what people are referring to when they say Black Toxic mold. There are certain molds that release mycotoxins to compete with other molds. Kinda like survival of the fittest. Mold will give of VOC’s or volitile Organic Chemicals, which give a home a musty smell and often make your eyes burn and/or itch.
