Epsom salts work good and they will soothe tired feet. Baking soda is an even better solution. Tea is also supposed to be great. Dr. Oz, who’s Oprah’s resident doctor, says that soaking your feat in tea will help release toxins and will actually eliminate odor. Whatever you use to soak your feet, always moisturize them as soon as you dry them. Warm water opens pores and the lotion will soak up super fast. Try smothering your feet with lotion, or Vaseline, and putting thick socks on. The socks will trap the heat from your feet and your feet will soak up the lotion. This is great to do before you go to bed, that way when you wake up all you have to do is take off your socks.
