What hours does heating and/or air conditioning run and am I able to request extended heating and/or air conditioning?
The building provides heating and air conditioning from 6:00 AM until 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday except Legal Holidays. Any tenant requiring heating and/or air conditioning beyond these hours should contact the Management Office at (281) 597-1212 and/or enter their service request online via the Submit a Request link under the Tenant Services option in the menu at the left of this screen. All after hours heating and/or air conditioning is subject to an additional charge.
