WHAT HOURS DOES AIR CONDITIONING RUN AND AM I ABLE TO REQUEST EXTENDED HEATING AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING?
The building provides heating and air conditioning to the tenants according to their lease guidelines, which is usually 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Any tenant requiring lights or air conditioning beyond these hours should call the automated service line and enter their suite’s code for these services. All after-hours air conditioning is subject to an additional charge, currently $17 per hour for Fan Coil use and $45 per hour for Full AC.
