All significant exterior improvements, such as painting, installing a deck, fence, reroofing, basketball goal, etc., require board approval. Board approval does not include any city permits, which must handled separately. Complete a Property Improvement Request and submit it along with any other required documents to a board member or mail the forms to the HOA (P.O. Box 26385, Overland Park, KS 66225).
