What high paying jobs only require a certification?
If by “high paying” you mean on the shiny side of $100K/yr and want your choices limited to honest labour ( not arms dealer, drug lord etc.) you can do many things that only require certification. Underwater welders, helicopter pilots, chemical plant process operators at the supervisor level, plumbers. During the construction of heavy oil facilities in Northern ALberta, for example, even truck drivers (large mining trucks) were earning money in thi s range.
