Finding out that you were pregnant was such an exciting experience. First there was the late period, and then the self-test followed by your doctor’s confirmation, and then Mother Nature’s verification with the first signs of morning sickness. Like most new mothers to be, even the start of morning sickness was exciting, sharing the news with friends who had already been there and basking in the glow of their knowing smiles.
