Blackboard is very intuitive to use. Even so, there will be a number of methods of Student Help including a coloured booklet ‘eLearning with Blackboard’ (issued to students at the start of their studies), an online Help facility, UQ online assistance, the Library, emails, and AskIT. Courses in the use of Blackboard will be run for students by the Library. There will also be a website available to assist external students in the use of Blackboard.
