What help is available to individuals and/or families who are unemployed and have no money for food, rent, or utilities?
The Schaumburg Township General Assistance Department works hard to serve those residents who have fallen on hard times. General Assistance, Emergency Assistance and the Food Pantry are available to those residents in need. Please call the General Assistance Department if you or your family is in need of this type of assistance. Appointments are required for all visits.
