What help can disabled people get to vote?
Since 2000, new laws have been in place to make sure disabled people get to vote in person, the same as everyone else. Depending on the nature of your disability, different things will affect you and the new measures will help you in different ways. Click on one of the scenarios on the left to find out how you might be supported to vote on 3rd May. It might not cover your disability and needs completely but there should be something to suit at least some of your needs. If this doesn’t help explain how you might be helped when you vote, please contact us. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
