What heating and cooling is available in the home?
Due to the efficiency of the home and the ability for it to maintain a constant internal temperature, it does not require internal heating and cooling. The home contains space heating and space cooling. There are two energy efficient space heaters in the downstairs living area and the upstairs living area to provide warmth in the home if there was a progressive cold snap and the home was a little cool. Also, on the occasions where there are progressive hot days, the home may heat slightly where ceiling fans are included to provide cooling.
