All medical copays count toward the maximum out-of-pocket expense in Aetna Select 1 and Aetna Select 2. The deductible in the AETNA SELECT 2 plan also counts toward the maximum out-of-pocket expense. Pharmacy (prescription) copays, UMBH mental health copays and BPECN routine vision benefit copays do not apply toward the maximum out-of-pocket expense.
