The founders of RedBrick Health also founded and built Definity Health, the pioneers of consumer-driven health care. In four years, Definity Health grew to more than $100 million in sales with 100 clients. They invented the Personal Care Account, the predecessor to the Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), and developed the first data model and system structure to record, measure and report on consumer behavior change as a result of plan incentives.
