What have other brides and grooms chosen as their introduction song(s)?
These selections are so much across the board that there hasn’t really been a “typical” song or songs! Choices are pretty original in most cases. There is no right or wrong selection. A recommendation of mine would be to select an upbeat piece that will more or less “set the tone” for your wedding. In the past, I have had brides and grooms select pieces of music that relate to them in some way. It could be a particular song or songs that you both love and grew up with; it might be a funky selection you can picture in your head during the introductions; it could be something that is currently being played on the radio today or something from the year and/or location you met. You might love Disco, 70’s, 80’s or 90’s music. If so, try to find something from a genre of music you love best. You might pick something from a TV show, game show or movie soundtrack.
