The acceptable values are RELAXED (R), NORMAL (N) and PRECISION (P). If the notice relates to Plan GE89, the value will be N or P. If the notice relates to Plan ST61, the value will be N or P if the effective radiated power is 30 dBW or more for bands below 470 MHz or 40 dBW or more for bands above 470 MHz.
