We now attract the highest revenue households to our resorts. Two-thirds of our clientele is part of the top 20 percent of highest revenue households. Thirty percent of our clientele are part of the top 4 percent of household incomes. This is a powerful evolution compared to our clientele two years ago. Cancun Yucatan and Ixtapa Pacific attract extremely high revenue clientele. Holiday weeks at Cancun Yucatan book for an estimated $12,000 per week for a family of four — and the resort is at full occupancy months in advance. The feedback has been extremely positive.
