Some people feel problems today because of the 21st amendment are illegal underage drinking and people who are legally allowed to drink abusing the priviledge. Because alcohol is so easily availible these problems have happened. The government continues to support laws and policies that allow the states to effectively regulate laws about alcohol. The government needs to support state law makers and regulaters on a safe and legal system of selling and buying alcohol.
