What has the CDE’s contribution been to Caribbean regional integration ?
Since its inception, CDE has worked extensively in the Caribbean. Many prominent and successful Caribbean companies in the manufacturing sector have benefited from CDE assistance over the years. CDE has an in depth knowledge of several important sectors such as food processing and the wood sector. In recent years CDE has commenced support to the service sectors, especially tourism which is important throughout the region. CDE has a very wide network of interlocutors at all levels including Government and intermediary organizations in addition to the private sector, and can make an important contribution towards achieving the goal of regional integration.
