What has the Bible got to do with the Santo Daime Doctrine?
Everything, regarding reaching its divine principles and practicing them. And nothing, if we think we will reach salvation only by being with that book under our arm. The Old Testament is the story of the people of God. The New Testament is the story of God. And the Hymnals are the New Age, the blessing promised by God. The Old Testament is the Time of the Father, the New Testament, the Time of the Son and the Hymnals are the Time of the Mother. That is the secret of the Holy Trinity: Father, Mother and Son, united by the Holy Ghost. The Holy Family is the basis of our Doctrine. Being so, we need to make sure we are in the “God-Mother Age”.
