What has the ARG done to better the lot of the Yoruba Nation?
You know that ARG is made up of Yoruba patriots, who have played one role or the other in the last couple of years in terms of fashioning an agenda for the Yoruba Nation. What we have decided to do is to chart a new course, to return to the path which our late leader, Obafemi Awolowo set for us. But it is unfortunate that the Yoruba Nation have come to this parlous state that we are today. And there is a need to get back to the drawing board. So what we are trying to do is to redefine the agenda and to mobilise our people for an uninterrupted match of progress. Which political party will ARG support in 2011? As it is now, that is still in the work. If you look at the fractious nature of Yoruba nation and what has happened in the past couple of years in terms of disagreement here and there, the Afenifere element today has scattered to AC, DPA, AD, and Labour Party.
