Jamaican-American singer, actor and humanitarian Harry Belafonte presented the 2009 ASCAP-Harry Chapin Humanitarian Award to Wyclef Jean at the 2009 WHY (World Hunger Year) awards gala at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers in New York City.
