What has happened to the Stanford button in PubMed?

0

The creators of PubMed have developed a new format for displaying journal article abstracts. The Stanford button is still available if you scroll down to the very bottom of each abstract. If you prefer to see the familiar abstract display, simply change the display format to Abstract using the pull-down menu above the search results. The advantage of the new format, AbstractPlus, is that is shows the titles of about 5 related articles to the right of the abstract. In the case of free full-text, you will also see that button near the top right of the screen. The publisher’s button (also at the top right) may not take you to full text if Lane subscribes to a particular journal through another provider (e.g., Ovid, Academic Search Premier). Please scroll down and use the Stanford button!
