With the introduction of the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, the undergraduate MEng has been replaced by a postgraduate MEng qualification (M03). This is a 480-point award consisting of the OU BEng(Hons) plus a further 120 points of postgraduate study. To be awarded an OU MEng you will need to successfully complete the OU BEng(Hons), plus a further 90 points of postgraduate study from an approved list and 30 points from a postgraduate group project (T885 Team engineering). You will need to complete your MEng studies within four years of completing the BEng(Hons) element of the award.
