What has happened to the members of the 90s group Kris Kross, famous for the song Jump?
Fear not Kris Kross fans – time to wear your clothes backwards once again as supposedly they’re releasing an album this October: “After the group’s demise, Kelly and Smith began writing and producing albums. In 2003 both Smith and Kelly announced plans to come back into the “rap game” – “hitting heavier and harder than they ever had.” However, nothing has come of this announcement.It is announced that the duo will make a comeback album that is due in October of 2007.” However, all sources seem dubious at best. The Sony Music site claims this: “Like a fine wine, the Chrises have mellowed with age and so has their sound. Gone are the shrill, prepubescent cries of euphoria, Kris Kross now sound unmistakably world-weary and wise.” In my experience wine can also turn into vinegar over time.
