What has happened to submissions and other information made to the former Bundaberg Hospital Commission of Inquiry?
The new Inquiry has full access to all submissions (and other information) from the former Bundaberg Hospital Commission of Inquiry. Some of the submissions (and other information) received by the former Bundaberg Hospital Commission of Inquiry fall outside the terms of reference for the new Inquiry. For example, submissions relating solely to systemic matters fall outside the terms of reference for the new Inquiry. These submissions (and other information) are being made available for examination by the Queensland Health Systems Review conducted by Mr Peter Forster.
