What has happened to Pfizers offer to donate fluconazole?

This is a good question and should be directed to Pfizer. The offer was made in mid-2000. Not a single capsule of donated fluconazole has reached a patient yet. Pfizer is negotiating the offer with the government but despite persistent rumours no agreement has been reached. TAC was party to the early stages of the negotiations and was witness to the bad faith negotiating style of Pfizer.
