Over the past year, the Coburg Initiative team has been working on the Colours of Coburg: Draft Place Framework and four implementation strategies (Economic Development & Community Benefit, Public Realm & Infrastructure, Built Form & Land Use, and Governance). The team has tested a series of options to develop a suite of plans which reflect the vision for Central Coburg. These plans have been developed using the information from the ongoing stakeholder and community consultation, combined with specialist studies and investigations.
