Ruined it. And I’m sure all of his fat-cat oil buddies are proclaiming: “Mission Accomplished”. It satisfies a secret Republican goal to destroy the government. If they run the government into the ground, then they will be able to rule by decree, which is their unstated but ultimate goal, since they hate government and do not believe that any government exists to benefit the people.
