What has changed with AMA and MXF Support?
Customers may now read industry standard MXF files (such as those from Rhozet and Omneon) through AMA. No transcoding, re-wrapping, or other handling of the material is necessary before using it in Media Composer, and all metadata is accessible. This capability permits Media Composer to more easily integrate into pipelines that include equipment from 3rd party manufacturers.
