What has been the best experience or day you’ve had at Accenture?
The best experiences I have had with Accenture have occurred on the day after taking a new application or process live. This is when you see the results of months of working on a project. I like to equate it to a sports team that has played hard all year to make it to the championship game and then pulls out the victory. Just like in sports sometimes those victories come easy—but more often than not you have to work hard to win. What have been the keys to your success at Accenture? Building a strong network has been key to my success at Accenture. I also approach every project as if it was my first, never allowing myself to relax and think “I’ve made it to the top.” Outside of your client work, are you involved in community or local office? I am heavily involved in Accenture’s recruiting efforts, where I spend most of my time leading the Prairie View A&M Marketing Team.
