Over the past year, the Whitewater Park Committee has been working in partnership with the City of Saskatoon, Light and Power Branch (SL+P) to explore the feasibility of integrating green power generation with a whitewater park. As a result, SL&P commissioned a study called the South Saskatchewan River Green Power and Whitewater Park Concept Development and Technical Review Study.
