What hardware maintenance contracts are available?

For NT servers configured by CPR vendors, all parts and labor are 3 year in length. This does NOT include on-site labor though. A supplemental on-site maintenance agreement, though can be added in one year increments. For NT servers not sold by CPR, you will need to make your own arrangements for warranties and on-site maintenance agreements with the builder or manufacturer of your NT.
