WebBoard requires a fully-functional instance of either Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003 as well as an instance of either Microsoft SQL Server or MSDE and Microsoft Internet Information Services 5 or above. Provided that you match the hardware requirements for all of these, you should have no trouble running WebBoard.
