To run Observer on Windows 98 you will need the following: • Standard sound card. (only if audio transmitting is required) • Standard Windows modem for the NEG PSTN model or the 3Com U.S Robotics ISDN TA for the NEG 128K ISDN model. for NEG 64K model you can use any ISDN card that support V.120 • Observer latest version, available on the Observer download page. • NetEye Series unit connected PSTN or ISDN line, or GSM module.
