If you upload your song, the proprietary rights to it are yours and only yours, now and forever. You are the sole owner of the rights of your work and no one is allowed to infringe on them in any way. International intellectual property laws protect you and New Melodies is no the exception. When you upload a song, you are declaring that you are the rightful owner of its proprietary rights, with the only exception being that you have been granted permission by the legitimate owner to publish the song on his or her behalf. Even though only the person who uploads a particular song is responsible for it, New Melodies will never accept nor tolerate infractions on proprietary rights. Hence, if any such violation is detected the song will be immediately erased, the account suspended and New Melodies will do every effort to collaborate with the authorities in bringing the felon to justice.
