You have to pay for whatever courses or tuition that you have been charged with regardless of whether you drop out. If it is midterm you might be able to get some of your out of pocket costs back but the pell grant and the loans will not go to you. I would check with the pell grant policies on dropping out or if you are considering going back you would take time off or postpone your undergraduate degree. Finish out the year and then decide if you want to take some time off. You can always reapply for loans and student aid (FAFSA). It just looks better if you complete the year rather than drop out.
